Driving From Anchorage: To drive to J&J Smart Charter and Deep Creek View Campground from Anchorage, take the Seward Highway. At the junction of the Seward and Sterling Highways take a right towards Homer, Alaska, on the Sterling Highway. We are located in Ninilchik, which is halfway between Soldotna and Homer on Mile 136.2, Sterling Highway. Once in Ninilchik, take a right at our signs ("J&J Smart Charters and Campground") onto Julia Steik Avenue. Take a right at the top of the hill on Erickson Avenue. The campground is located on the left. Make sure your camera is handy--the incredible views along the Seward and Sterling Highways are absolutely beautiful! Airport Options: From the Anchorage International Airport, either 1) drive a rental car to Ninilchik down the Seward Highway, or 2) fly to Kenai or Homer take a rental car from there to Ninilchik. Ninilchik Airport has a public runway which is accessible by small plane. There are also several small air services in the Anchorage area to choose from. Call us on our toll-free number, 1-888-425-4288, before your flight to arrange for pickup service from the Ninilchik Airport to our campground.
